1. Refund Eligibility

Since our services include online courses, digital mentorship, and training sessions, we typically do not offer refunds once access is granted or sessions have started. However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • You are charged twice for the same course
  • You did not receive access to the course within 48 hours of payment
  • There was a verified technical issue from our side that prevented usage
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not accessed more than 20% of the course content

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You have accessed a significant portion of the course/content
  • The refund request is made after 7 days
  • The issue lies on your end (e.g., poor internet connection, personal device issues)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@disoci.com with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Email used during registration
  • Course/Service purchased
  • Payment receipt or reference ID
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.


4. Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
